Scott Krzyzanowski, CPA

Director

Scott has spent two decades helping closely held businesses, their owners, and individuals with business planning, tax compliance and organizational needs. He prides himself on taking the time to understand the unique situation of each client and developing the relationship as a trusted adviser. Areas of commercial expertise include professional service firms, real estate transactions, manufacturing and distribution. Puget Sound industry groups have called upon him to present tax topics to their membership.

In his spare time, Scott enjoys golfing with friends, is an avid fan of Husky athletics, and supports local charitable organizations giving his time and resources.

Digby Williams, CPA

Principal

Digby has been a practicing CPA since 1981. He started his own CPA Firm in 1985 and has been providing tax and accounting services ever since. He specializes in small business and individual taxation as well as Estate and Trust tax compliance. He enjoys problem solving and helping clients navigate the complicated world of tax and accounting.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, including five Children and five Grandchildren. He enjoys playing golf, boating and travel.

Dante Driver, CPA

Tax Manager

Dante has been a CPA since 1997 and has 15 years of experience serving closely held businesses, their owners, high net worth clients, and other clients with complex tax and financial affairs. Building close, long-term relationships with clients is Dante’s favorite part of being a CPA. He sees himself as a coach who helps clients identify their financial goals and take the steps required to achieve them, and as an advocate for his clients’ interests. Dante’s industry experience includes manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, information technology, real estate, retail, construction and commercial fishing.

In his spare time, Dante is likely to be found in the gym or on the trail. He is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, and has hiked to most of the lakes in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness Area.

Steven Moos, CPA

Business Advisory Manager

Since entering the profession in 2006 Steven has gained twelve years of experience providing tax and accounting services to a wide variety of clients. He has worked closely with clients in industries from government contracting to real estate helping them comply with State and Federal tax reporting requirements, generate accurate financial reports, and manage their businesses. He has also helped several new and small businesses establish and improve reliable and scalable accounting systems.

In his spare time Steven enjoys spending time with his two young children, keeping up with new technology, and learning new board/card games.

Julie Patten

Senior Tax Advisor

Julie has worked in public accounting for 20 years. With her vast experience, Julie works with both the tax and accounting departments to help fill in where help is needed. One of the things Julie likes about her career is the opportunity to create long term relationships. Many of her professional relationships have become personal as well.

In her spare time, you might find her in the garden, working on her golf skills or relaxing with a good book.

Linda Ryssdal, CPA

Senior Tax Advisor

As a Seattle native, Linda has been living in West Seattle since 1989. She has 25 years of public accounting experience, primarily in tax including areas of trust and estate.

In her spare time, Linda enjoys agility training with her dog and long daily walks.

Mary Osborn, CPA

Senior Tax Advisor

Mary has over 40 years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax and payroll work for closely held businesses. In 2016, she retired from a firm in the Midwest where she had been a partner for over 15 years. She is enjoying building relationships with new clients in the Pacific Northwest.

In her spare time, Mary enjoys spending time with her extended family, urban hikes, reading and cooking.

Business Advisor

Germain has worked in the bookkeeping area for several years, and also has expertise in payroll and payroll tax reporting. She has specifically concentrated on public accounting for the past eight years.

Pam Williams

Office Administrator

Pam has worked as an accounting office and tax prep administrator for the past 12 years. She feels an important key to the success of a business is providing clients with excellent, personalized customer service. It’s a pleasure getting to know our clients, developing friendships and seeing them year after year.

When not at work Pam tries to spend as much time with family as possible and their 5 grandchildren are the ultimate joy. She loves to golf, garden and a passion to travel and explore new places.
